In this role you will manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and corporate staff positions while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract hire and onboard top talent.This position combines hands-on recruiting with recruiting administration including sourcing interviewing offer coordination system management and pre-employment activities. Youll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on business growth while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.Summary of Responsibilities• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and corporate staff positions.• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruiting strategies and hiring plans.• Source and engage qualified talent through networking referrals social media online databases and proactive outreach.• Screen interview and evaluate candidates through phone virtual and in-person interviews.• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.• Utilize Workday SmashFly CRM LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools to identify track and engage candidates.• Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and medical examinations.• Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Cleveland-Cliffs at hiring events career fairs and community recruiting initiatives.• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.• Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate agency or high-volume recruiting environment.• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System ATS.• Strong sourcing interviewing and candidate assessment skills.• Knowledge of employment laws OFCCP compliance and EEO regulations.• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.• Proficiency with recruiting technologies and Microsoft Office applications.• Ability to work onsite five days per week in West Chester Ohio.Preferred Qualifications• Experience recruiting for a combination of hourly operations skilled trades maintenance production engineering and corporate staff positions.• Recruiting experience within manufacturing industrial mining metals construction logistics energy or other heavy industry environments.• Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter resume databases social media platforms employee referrals and proactive networking techniques.• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill high-volume or geographically challenging roles.• Experience developing talent pipelines and passive candidate sourcing strategies.• Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred.• Experience utilizing SmashFly CRM or similar candidate relationship management platforms.• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance affirmative action recruiting and diversity sourcing initiatives.Cleveland-Cliffs is a leading North America-based steel producer withfocuson value-added sheet products particularly for the automotive industry.
