Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure job descriptions remain accurate and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring activity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
  • Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient HR office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR Software, Applicant Tracking Software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
