We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone with approximately two years of recruiting experience who brings a strong work ethic, a team-first mindset, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
We are not rushing this hire we are intentionally seeking the right long-term fit. We are building a high-performing team and need someone committed to growing with us.
Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred, as this role will primarily support hiring for RBT positions. Candidates with a Human Servicesrelated degree or background are also encouraged to apply.
Conduct and schedule phone screens
Manage assigned requisitions from intake to offer
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs
Post and refresh job openings
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Draft and extend offer letters
Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple active requisitions
Track candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through stages
Ask thoughtful questions to clarify hiring needs and candidate fit
Provide a professional, polished candidate experience
Approximately 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up
Professional written and verbal communication skills (no text-speak, strong grammar required)
Ability to think critically, pause when needed, and ask the right questions
Team player with a proactive, go-getter mindset
Former RBT experience
Degree or background in Human Services, Psychology, or related field
Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
