Major/Essential Functions
In this position, you will:- Assist departments with posting of open positions by reviewing, proof-reading, analyzing, and updating potential job postings.
- Effectively organize simultaneous projects and timelines while serving as a point of contact/reference for departments on questions regarding hiring processes.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of individuals inside and outside of the organization.
- Provide assistance and guidance to applicants with submission questions and errors through email correspondence, phone calls, and face-to-face.
- Process background checks timely, to include the initial and follow-up communication to the candidates and departments, while working with management to review and send final notifications regarding hiring decisions.
- Assist departments with processing external advertising for posted vacancies and developing recruiting strategies.
- Act in a back-up capacity to cover the duties of other team members who may be out of the office as directed by management.
- All other duties as assigned.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Travel may be required to and from recruiting events, as needed.
