Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist II
Location: Remote - preference will be given to local candidates to Durham, NC
Salary Range: $47.52/hr
Introduction
Our Talent Acquisition organization is seeking a skilled professional to act as a consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s). This role will facilitate the achievement of business goals related to “go-to-market” and acquisition strategies. The focus will be on recruitment for the North America Organization, requisition management, and client management. The Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience and at least 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate setting
Experience using an ATS
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience REQUIRED
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience
Commercial Recruiting experience
Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Focus recruitment efforts on the Global Manufacturing Supply business (or as assigned)
Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
Pre-screen candidates, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and provide talent for open positions
Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments
Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics
Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing-related activities and issues
