Basic Home Infusion (BHI) supports physicians in managing their TDD patients—and your entire practice.

Today’s targeted drug delivery (TDD) and infusion therapies demand seamless coordination between physicians, care teams, and patients. BHI brings all three together—empowering doctors to extend care beyond the clinic, enabling staff to streamline and centralize management, and ensuring patients receive TDD in the comfort of their homes from experienced nurses.

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow our team of Field and Travel Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and Corporate Staff.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments and collect appropriate candidate licensure, reference/background check, make hire (not hire) recommendations and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings company-wide
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources such as job boards, colleges, career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Remain active on job boards, social networks and other platforms for sourcing quality candidates
  • Source passive candidates by using existing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, and other assigned sourcing tools).
  • Develop recruiting strategy, and advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
  • Maintain salary and benefit benchmarking data
  • Manages current candidate activity in TriNet ATS
  • Maintain HR records in One Drive
  • Handles sensitive information with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensures confidentiality and secure management of personnel records and HR data.
  • Update job descriptions as needed
  • Ensure BHI career page is current
  • Travel Scheduling for Nurse onboard training
  • Assist with writing recruiting best practices throughout pre-hire and post-hiring processes
  • Conduct Exit Interviews

 

Job Requirements/Education

 

  • 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles and credentialling process
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or nursing
  • Experience writing persuasive job listings, postings and advertisements
  • Possess excellent listening skills and knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing practices
  • RN preferred
  • Some understanding of human resource policies and procedures
