Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support high-volume hiring across production, skilled labor, and professional roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a hands-on, high-impact environment where speed, quality hiring, and strong candidate experience matter.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, drive recruiting strategies, and ensure consistent staffing support for operational needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, skilled trades, and professional roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and local talent pipelines
  • Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
  • Deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage offer coordination, compensation discussions, and onboarding steps
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations
  • Support continuous improvement in recruiting processes and sourcing strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (high-volume preferred)
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, production, or skilled labor environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting both hourly and professional-level candidates
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Recruiting platforms: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter

Preferred Experience

  • High-volume recruiting background
  • Manufacturing or industrial hiring experience
  • Experience tracking recruiting metrics and pipeline performance
  • Background in offer negotiation and workforce planning support
