GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing is a company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions within the aviation and aerospace industry.
We are seeking a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team. This is a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
This role is perfect for someone who is hungry to succeed, enjoys talking with people, and can confidently multitask between phone calls, candidate sourcing, and computer-based work throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of positions
Conduct phone interviews and qualify candidates based on client requirements
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking within company systems
Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
Coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding activities
Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal team members
Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting tools to generate talent leads
Meet hiring goals, activity metrics, and placement targets
Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
0–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone and computer simultaneously
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience with sales, customer service, call centers, staffing, or recruiting environments is a plus
Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Proficient with computers, internet research, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Located in DFW, Texas
Bilingual, Spanish preferred
