Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support full-time recruiting efforts for the Minneapolis and Edina offices. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and guiding top talent through the hiring process while building strong relationships internally and within the community.

This position is ideal for someone with a recruiting or sales background who enjoys networking, connecting with people, and driving results.

Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 DOQ + Bonus Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for full-time opportunities
  • Generate candidate leads through referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach
  • Partner with leadership on recruiting strategies and hiring needs
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, reporting, and marketing projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Recruiting or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and social media recruiting preferred
  • Must be able to commute to the Minneapolis and Edina offices
