Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator supports ENFRA’s recruiting strategy by coordinating execution activities, tracking progress, and helping maintain alignment across key hiring initiatives. This role partners closely with the VP of Talent Management, Director of Talent Acquisition, Manager of Talent Acquisition (Delivery), and Manager of Talent Pipeline & Strategic Partnerships to support recruiting priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and provide visibility into performance and progress.


This position plays a key role in supporting high-volume, fast-paced hiring efforts by coordinating project activities, maintaining reporting and tracking tools, and facilitating alignment across recruiting and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Execution Support
• Support coordination of recruiting initiatives, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
• Attend meetings, capture notes, and summarize action items and next steps
• Maintain project trackers and ensure updates are reflected accurately
• Follow up with stakeholders to support completion of assigned tasks
• Reporting & Data Support
• Partner with HRIS to assist identify key metrics to track through dashboards and reports (e.g., time to fill, pipeline activity, progress against hiring goals)
• Prepare summaries and visuals to communicate progress to leadership
• Recruiting Operations Support
• Support process documentation and standardization efforts across recruiting teams
• Assist with identifying workflow gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Help maintain visibility into recruiting activity across segments, regions and projects
• Communication & Stakeholder Support
• Assist in preparing updates, presentations, and materials for leadership and task force meetings
• Support communication across recruiting teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of messaging and consistency in reporting
• Vendor Coordination Support
• Partner with the business on third party staffing needs
• Work with external vendors to identify talent for temporary staffing needs
• Assist with tracking performance of third-party staffing partners
• Help maintain vendor trackers, including activity, performance, and engagement status
• Support coordination of vendor communications and onboarding activities
• Workforce Planning Support
• Assist in tracking hiring priorities by project, region, and business need
• Support intake documentation and tracking of hiring plans
• Help identify and escalate risks or gaps in hiring progress

Qualifications:

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, or related field (internships included)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (data tracking, reporting, presentations)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

 

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications


• Internship or experience supporting recruiting, HR, consulting, or project-based work
• Experience creating presentations for leadership or executive audiences
• Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools
• Exposure to project management methodologies or tools

 

Travel Requirements


• Must be open and flexible to periodic travel. Travel expected to be less than 10%.
