Ascendis Pharma is looking to hire a full-cycle experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support business leaders with identification and asseessment of candidates for our growing organization. You’ll partner with hiring managers to build teams; and support candidates with their early journey to becoming outstanding new hires at Ascendis.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an integral part of our HR Team by delivering the best experience for our candidates and hiring managers. This role could support many areas of the business and initially will support hiring for non-sales commercial roles. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will be based in Princeton, New Jersey and will report to the US Talent Acquisition Lead.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience managing the full-life cycle candidate recruitment process in companies with products and experience supporting wide range of commercial and company disciplines is required (source, network, screen, recruit, market and close top talent).
Prior experience with full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting in the life science industry –experience recruiting for commercial non-sales (i.e. marketing and market access, operations, and commercial supporting roles) highly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build relationships within HR and with business leadership
Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Strong working knowledge of systems and tools including ATS, and MS Office Suite required
Proven track record of high-volume, high-quality recruitment across multiple business disciplines
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (as needed)
Estimated pay rate DOE $120-135K/year
