    Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

    Position Summary

    Qcells is seeking a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will partner directly with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. This role will focus on the recruitment of highly technical and engineering positions.

    As a Contract Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle hiring steps—from active sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating interviews and driving candidate engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic recruiter looking to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, high-growth industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build and execute tailored sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

    • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and internal referral programs.

    • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Oversee interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and deliver a smooth transition into onboarding for new hires.

    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to fully understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.

    • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality) to optimize pipeline strategy and hit contract deliverables.

    • Represent Qcells accurately in the market to strengthen the employer brand and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

    • Stay current on modern talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant state and federal employment laws.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years of direct talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.

    • Proven success actively sourcing passive tech/engineering candidates across multiple platforms and channels.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate metrics, interpret recruitment data, and make informed hiring recommendations.

    • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Clear, persuasive communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across team lines.

    • Baseline knowledge of current employment laws and standard hiring regulations.
