Talent Acquisition Partner - Bilingual (Spanish)
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full cycle recruiting support across the organization by building strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing high quality candidates, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner partners closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and help attract and retain top talent. Plays a key role in promoting Hillman's employer brand and maintaining compliance throughout the hiring process.
Essential Job Functions *
Talent Acquisition Recruiting & Sourcing
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, employee referrals, social media, and proactive outreach to passive talent.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
Deliver timely and accurate communication to all candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Hiring Manager Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on interview best practices, equitable selection, and market availability.
Support hiring managers in creating consistent and structured interview processes.
Align recruiting strategies with workforce plans and business priorities.
Candidate Experience
Ensure all candidates receive a professional, transparent, and inclusive experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, provide candidate preparation, and deliver feedback in a timely manner.
Promote Hillman's culture and values in all candidate interactions.
Process Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and all applicable employment regulations.
Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support continuous improvements in TA tools, processes, and recruiting practices.
Employer Brand & Market Awareness
Represent Hillman at hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach activities when needed.
Stay informed on labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and competitive talent activity.
Assist in promoting Hillman's employer brand through recruitment marketing and social engagement.
Ability to travel as needed for meetings, hiring events, or site visits (approx. 10-20%).
Performs other duties as assigned.
