Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Solutions Developer to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a unique, hybrid technical role that sits at the intersection of Human Resources technology and artificial intelligence development. You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and continuously improving agentic AI workflows that support our TA organization - helping our recruiters and HR partners work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
This role requires someone who is technically curious, collaborative, and passionate about using AI to solve real-world recruiting and HR challenges.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office in either San Jose, CA or Raleigh, NC.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 149,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
