Pay: 65-70k based on expereince
Required Skills:
A minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a willingness to undergo ADP training.
Strong communication skills, able to engage with managers, new hires, and candidates at all levels.
Experience in recruiting within industries such as warehouse and other hourly positions across states.
Nice to Have Skills:
A background in HR or a desire to transition into the HR field.
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and related onboarding processes.
Understanding of compliance related to candidate screening and hiring.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with recruitment metrics and talent acquisition strategies.
Other Requirements:
Minimal travel (less than 5%) primarily for career fairs and job shows.
The ability to work with multiple time zones (PST, CST, and EST) effectively.
