Job Title Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) Location Remote, Central Time zones, Camden, AR or Huntsville, AL would be ideal Duration 3- 6+ months contract (possible extension or conversation) Pay Range $35- $45/per hour on W2 (All inclusive) Job Description: Job Title: Specialist, Job Description: • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and negotiating. • Recruit and source candidates using multiple sourcing techniques to include internal and external databases, contact lists, job postings, networking, social media sites, complex internet searches; research and identify markets to tap for qualified talent. • Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings. • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire. • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle. • Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner; exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills. • Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly. • Proactive tracking of progress in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met. • Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented). • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers. • Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors. • Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing; A&D experience highly preferred. What is a typical workday? • Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting- sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates. (Strong emphasis on sourcing) • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire. • Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates’ qualifications and culture fit through a combination of behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations. Interview prospective candidates on consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on company. Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. Must- Haves (Hard Skills) Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills) Use of Linkedin Recruiter/Indeed etc. Ability to build relationships and work well with others (hiring managers and HRBP’s) – must be comfortable with having multiple people in the “sandbox”. Familiarity with working in a very fast paced, constantly changing environment with high demand / metrics – high expectations for output and data integrity within the ATS. Engineering/IT Recruiting Full life cycle recruiting Able to manage multi requisitions at a time Experience with Excel and Outlook Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defence industries highly preferred (RTX, Northrup, Boeing, Lockheed, etc preferred) Effective influent/negotiation skills
