QUALIFICATIONS
  • Around 8 years of recruitment experience is preferred, with a strong, proven background in retail recruiting that covers both corporate and store-level roles.
  • Previous experience managing others with a natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small recruitment team.
  • A deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, modern interviewing techniques, and smooth offer conversations.
  • Warm, clear communication with a knack for building trust and collaborating effectively across departments, candidates, and the client's global headquarters.
  • Comfort managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced retail environment, keeping a cool head when priorities shift.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (though we are entirely open to equivalent practical experience).
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and run the hiring plans for the Americas market, setting clear timelines and finding the best sourcing channels for the client's unique needs.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide two junior recruiters, helping them grow their skills, overcome hurdles, and hit their delivery goals.
  • Look for ways to make the client's hiring process smoother and more personal for candidates while helping your team use data and recruitment tools effectively.
  • Oversee the full hiring cycle for key positions—primarily regular corporate office roles and store-level positions—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with the client's hiring managers and HRBPs to truly understand their team needs and align hiring with their business goals.
  • Keep an eye on recruitment spending, finding smart ways to stay cost-effective without ever compromising on the quality of talent.
  • Help share the client's story warmly and authentically through industry events, branding campaigns, and candidate engagement.
  • Keep up with fresh ideas, retail trends, and shifts in the job market so you can proactively adjust hiring strategies for the account.

Job Overview

We are looking for a warm, collaborative, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate the end-to-end recruitment function for one of our key clients—a rapidly expanding global retail organization. In this role, you will take the lead on shaping and running the hiring strategy for the Americas market.

If you have around 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, a strong background in retail, and love mentoring others, this is a fantastic opportunity! You will manage two junior recruiters, partner closely with the client's hiring managers and HR business partners, and ensure an amazing experience for every candidate. You will play a truly key role in building their talent pipeline and supporting their long-term business growth.
