Job Overview
We are looking for a warm, collaborative, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate the end-to-end recruitment function for one of our key clients—a rapidly expanding global retail organization. In this role, you will take the lead on shaping and running the hiring strategy for the Americas market.
If you have around 7 to 10 years of recruitment experience, a strong background in retail, and love mentoring others, this is a fantastic opportunity! You will manage two junior recruiters, partner closely with the client's hiring managers and HR business partners, and ensure an amazing experience for every candidate. You will play a truly key role in building their talent pipeline and supporting their long-term business growth.

This role is fully onsite five days a week at our client’s office.
