We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who wants to lead recruiters, use data to make smarter decisions, and experiment with new ways of hiring — especially through digital recruiting and analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and support a team of recruiters
Partner with leaders to meet hiring goals
Track recruiting metrics and spot opportunities to improve
Help evolve recruiting analytics (Tableau experience a plus)
Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing efforts
Build relationships with community and workforce partners
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Recruiting leadership experience or readiness for your next step
A track record of hitting hiring goals
Interest or experience in analytics, dashboards, or BI tools
Comfort with digital recruiting and social media
Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mindset
ATS experience (UKG/Ultipro a plus)
