TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for a luxury resort in Montana. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who takes pride in finding the right people, building strong pipelines, and supporting a high-performing HR function. You will manage full-cycle hiring across all levels of the organisation and play a key part in shaping the resort's people strategy.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, from line colleagues to leadership and international program participants
  • Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment partners
  • Build talent pipelines through community outreach, career fairs, and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave programs, and retirement plans
  • Support new hire onboarding and colleague offboarding in coordination with the wider HR team
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and present recommendations to HR leadership
  • Advise managers on recruitment best practices, employee relations, and performance management

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a luxury resort environment
  • Familiarity with international hiring programs is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
