Description
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and role levels
- Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach
- Design and deliver a seamless, engaging onboarding experience
- Support benefits administration and manage open enrollment processes
- Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive company culture
- Coordinate performance management cycles and training initiatives
- Identify skill gaps and implement development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency
Profile
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting expertise
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience using ATS or HCM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in construction or trades industries is a plus
