Responsibilities
Performs assigned recruiting and other employment functions for positions across Infirmary Health (IH), in accordance with IH and departmental policies and procedures to ensure the timely acquisition of the human resources needed to support IH goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
One of the following:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration
1 of the most recent 3 years' experience in Business Related Technology
Demonstrated refined judgment and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment, interviewing and related Human Resource processes
