Hours: 8am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $27.22/Hr.

REQUIREMENTS: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

  • US Citizenship
  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience working high volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems

JOB DESCRIPTION: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist Emerging Talent/College Recruiter to join our team on contract basis. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of the business in one of the clients sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure adherence to compliance policies throughout the process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

  • Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business, ensuring timely and efficient recruiting processes
  • Ensure hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and nuances of early career hiring
  • Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize ATS, CRM, and other tools to screen a high volume of candidates in order to identify top talent
  • Adhere to all process and policy needed to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector
  • Experience with early career/college/intern recruiting
  • Experience with BrassRing ATS
  • Experience with Phenom CRM
  • Strong project management skills
