SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative and scheduling support to recruiters, allowing them to focus on sourcing and hiring activities.
• Coordinate phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews across multiple locations and time zones.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience by responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining consistent communication.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and scheduling platforms to manage interview logistics and candidate movement.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc recruiting reports.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within internal systems.
• Assist Talent Acquisition leadership with special projects, reporting requests, and recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring teams and recruiters to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process.
• Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related administrative function preferred.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with interview scheduling and candidate coordination processes.
• Experience using scheduling and communication platforms, including texting tools such as Paradox, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional and customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
