Description
Own end-to-end candidate and search firm communication throughout the interview lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including urgent and high-priority requests
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers during both virtual and onsite interviews
Prepare interviewers with relevant candidate context, ensuring informed and effective interviews
Collect, consolidate, and manage interview feedback to support hiring decisions and committee reviews
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ATS data (e.g., Avature), ensuring strong data hygiene
Partner with recruiters, TA leadership, and HR operations to improve workflows and optimize recruiting processes
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations in a high performance technical environment
Proven ability to manage candidate-facing coordination with high attention to detail and urgency
Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate beyond standard processes
Experience working with ATS platforms (Avature preferred) and maintaining accurate records
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
Competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 USD.
