POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting nationwide recruiting operations and delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This position partners closely with recruiters, HR business partners, and field leaders to coordinate interview processes, manage recruiting workflows, and ensure efficient use of recruiting systems and tools.

This role is responsible for end-to-end interview coordination, onboarding support, and maintaining operational excellence within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), while serving as a key point of contact for hiring-related inquiries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to open and post requisitions in the ATS and external job boards
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, calendaring, and confirmations across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Manage candidate communications, including collecting availability and ensuring a positive, professional experience throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from a shared recruiting inbox, providing timely and accurate support to hiring teams and HR partners
  • Maintain data integrity within the ATS through regular audits and updates
  • Support job posting processes, including formatting and publishing roles on external job boards
  • Facilitate key hiring processes, including background checks, onboarding initiation, and new hire logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process reimbursement requests for candidates
  • Support remote hiring needs, including equipment or onboarding coordination
  • Contribute to recruiting operations projects, process improvements, and ongoing TA initiatives

THE SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:

  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules and managing high-volume interview activity
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate and requisition data
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
