Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Contractor to support recruiting efforts during a maternity leave coverage period.
  • This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience while helping attract top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate records and recruiting activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive recruitment efforts and meet hiring timelines.

Must Have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience partnering with operations, production, or manufacturing hiring teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
