The Role
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will report into the Senior Manager, National Corporate Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in Corporate Recruiting and day to day LAC execution. This individual will provide thought leadership and process management, as well as work with stakeholders across Suffolk to drive a successful outcome. Project types will vary across different areas within Talent Acquisition but will share the common objective of strategic recruitment, research and analysis and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and work effectively together with corporate and operations teams.
