Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions. Participates as part of the team to provide quality staffing. Minimum Qualifications: Required: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment. Bachelor's degree is required with 2 years professional recruiting experience or proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment. 8 years' of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED is also acceptable.
