Seeking Tackle Department Managers to support store leadership in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
- Assist in daily operations, staff training, and merchandise management.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products and events.
- Handle stock receiving, displays, and order follow-up.
- Ensure accurate audit records and merchandise processing.
- Lead by example in attitude, appearance, and communication skills.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail leadership, knowledge of hunting, fishing, and shooting sports preferred; ability to handle firearms and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible hours, including some travel.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand, lift, and operate computer equipment; valid work eligibility; 45+ hours/week with possible overtime.
