Tablet Assembly Technician

Seeking a detail-oriented Tablet Assembly Technician to assemble, configure, test, and package LTE- and Wi-Fi-enabled tablet devices. This role requires the ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a production environment.

CONTRACT | ONSITE

Responsibilities

• Assemble tablet devices and install components such as batteries, cameras, displays, antennas, and SIM card trays.
• Configure devices, load software, complete firmware updates, and perform activation testing.
• Test LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, touchscreen, charging, battery, audio, and camera functions.
• Inspect completed devices for defects and quality issues.
• Maintain production records and follow ESD and safety procedures.
• Package completed devices according to customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or production experience.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safely use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Experience assembling electronic devices or performing quality inspections is preferred.
