Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau and Alteryx (Reporting) platform support with AWS knowledge
Should be able to perform admin activities like backup/restoration, managing access privileges, scheduling and tracking of planned maintenance, resolve issue in case of any Tableau or Alteryx services issue, deployment of fixes/changes.
Should have hands on SQL query writing experience Tableau & Alteryx
Excellent communication skills to liaise with client & project stakeholders.
Exposure to working in Agile ways of working.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the Tableau and Alteryx (Reporting) platform support with AWS knowledge
Perform activities like backup/restoration, managing access privileges, scheduling and tracking of planned maintenance, resolve issue in case of any Tableau or Alteryx services issue, deployment of fixes/changes.
Support & resolve User issues, ( Desktop & Server) , Patching, Key Management, DR , Performance issues etc
Develop SQL query & generate Tableau & Alteryx reports, Workflows
