Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Plano, TX
Employment Type: Open-Ended Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: On-Site
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an open-ended contract opportunity in Plano, TX. This role will support the Talent Acquisition team by helping manage candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS data integrity, sourcing candidates, and supporting recruiting operations across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, experience working within fast-paced recruiting environments, and hands-on experience with ClearCompany ATS.

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for helping maintain an efficient and organized hiring process across the organization while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and maintaining candidate pipelines across multiple departments
  • Managing candidate activity and ATS data within ClearCompany
  • Reviewing applications, resumes, and candidate profiles for alignment with open positions
  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
  • Conducting initial outreach to prospective candidates
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Managing interview logistics, internal feedback collection, and debrief coordination
  • Supporting reference check coordination and hiring process follow-up
  • Posting and maintaining job advertisements across recruiting platforms
  • Tracking inbound and outbound recruiting activity
  • Pulling recruiting metrics and reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI and OKR reporting
  • Ensuring recruiting data is accurate, organized, and up to date within the ATS
  • Prioritizing recruiting activity based on business needs, hiring metrics, and departmental goals
  • Providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition coordination or recruiting coordination experience required
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working within ClearCompany ATS strongly preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Plano, TX
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to source and evaluate resumes, profiles, and candidate backgrounds for a variety of roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing hiring priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting operations
  • Advanced proficiency with ATS reporting and recruiting analytics
  • Experience supporting recruiting KPIs and operational reporting initiatives
  • Prior experience coordinating interviews across multiple departments and hiring teams

Work Environment

This is a fully onsite opportunity based in Plano, TX within a fast-paced corporate recruiting environment. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and supports recruiting operations across multiple business units.
