Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite at HQ)
Pay Range: $32/hour to $36/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the full hiring lifecycle. This role ensures a seamless and efficient recruiting experience by coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate ATS data, supporting offer and onboarding processes, and contributing to TA operational excellence.
The TA Coordinator will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to enhance process efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Manage communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting events (internal and external) as needed
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management- Create, update, and maintain job requisitions and postings in Workday (ATS)
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to candidate statuses and hiring data
- Serve as a Workday recruiting support point of contact, including ticket submission and resolution tracking
Offer & Onboarding Support- Generate offer letters and coordinate background check processes
- Support onboarding workflows and documentation within Workday
- Assist with contingent workforce processes in collaboration with vendors and internal teams
Recruiting Operations & Reporting- Track and report weekly TA metrics using Workday and Excel
- Generate recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and operational insights
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems
Systems & Tools Management- Manage job postings and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut, Circa, Asana)
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization within Workday
- Maintain TA documentation, process guides, and shared team resources
Process Improvement- Identify and support improvements to recruiting workflows and operational efficiency
- Contribute to enhancing candidate experience and team productivity
- Document and standardize recruiting processes and best practices
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or HR support
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing scheduling, ATS data, and recruiting workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
