TCI has an immediate need for aSystems Training Specialist in Frankfort, KY.This is not a C2C opportunity. This is Contract opportunity with annual renewal potential.

NOTE: This position is remote/hybrid traveling to onsite locations throughoutthe Commonwealth of Kentucky. CANDIDATE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF KENTUCKY.

SUMMARY

The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering training programs. The Training Specialist collaborates with internal teams and external participants to assess training needs, create training materials, facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions and provide ongoing support.Responsibilities may also include maintaining training documentation, tracking participation and performance metrics, supporting onboarding initiatives and assisting with process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Educate healthcare organizations while proactively managing those relationships to ensure long-term value and satisfaction.
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver training programs for healthcare providers and internal team members.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars and workshops for new and existing participants.
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, presentations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assess training needs and identify opportunities to improve user understanding and the adoption of the Client'sservices.
  • Monitor training participation, collect feedback and track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ensure training content aligns with organizational policies, HIPAA requirements and data privacy standards.
  • Host educational briefings, product demonstrations, and user engagement sessions tailored to varying stakeholder roles (C-suite, clinical, IT).
  • Produce reports and presentations highlighting training efforts and participant feedback.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by escalating user issues and coordinating with appropriate internal teams when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, healthcare operations, customer support or health information technology (IT).
  • Proven ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable way.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare delivery systems in Kentucky.
  • Knowledge of health IT systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and data exchange standards preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with regular in-state travel (valid driver’s license required).
