Job Description :
As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our physical security systems.
Your role will involve providing comprehensive application support for systems such as Genetec, Vaidio, and Alcatraz, among others.
You will be responsible for sustainment and operations tasks, including firmware upgrades, software updates, and vulnerability remediation.
Your expertise will help us maintain a secure and seamless environment for our clients and stakeholders.
