The Systems Support Analyst plays a critical role in managing escalated technical issues for Bel Fuse employees, utilizing the department’s systems support work order system to ensure efficient resolution. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team and support a wide range of technical initiatives. This position is ideal for a seasoned IT Professional with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering reliable, secure, and efficient IT services. Candidates with expertise in systems, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, application support, or general IT operations are encouraged to apply. The Systems Support Analyst will also be working closely with the North America IT Manager to resolve and administer the business’s technical infrastructure. This role supports all US-based facilities and coordinates globally with other members of the IT team under the direction of the IT Manager of North America. Are You Looking To: Field service-calls and handle technical escalations daily. Compile, write and maintain written documentation. Information Systems Standards and Policies used throughout the entire organization. Install, upgrade, and maintain network workstations, servers, laptops, cell phones and PC software as needed. Translate technical details from occasional ‘non-technical’ requests from the user community. Aid in moves, additions, and changes in Microsoft’s Active Directory.
