OverviewThe ERP Systems Manager leads strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise resource planning systems. This role supports core business functions including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR while driving efficiency, data integrity, and system adoption. Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and develop ERP team members
Act as liaison between IT and business stakeholders
Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements
Oversee daily ERP operations, maintenance, and performance
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Manage user roles, access, and permissions
Lead implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Identify and drive process automation opportunities
Configure ERP modules to meet business needs
Manage ERP projects from planning through execution
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
Develop reporting and dashboards
Support financial and operational reporting
Promote user adoption and best practices
Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Align ERP capabilities with business goals
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years ERP experience
2+ years leadership or project management experience
Strong understanding of finance, operations, supply chain, and HR processes
Experience with ERP implementations or upgrades
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience
ERP certifications such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Knowledge of SQL, integrations, or APIs
PMP or similar certification
