We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Architect to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems supporting enterprise observability and automation initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise with project leadership, mentoring, and ownership of scalable, high?quality solutions.
• Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures.
• Lead development efforts for complex, high?impact projects.
• Develop and maintain observability solutions for applications, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Architect dashboards, monitoring, alerting, and automation frameworks.
• Integrate observability and automation with CI/CD pipelines and operational tools.
• Deploy and configure monitoring agents, integrations, and APIs across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with objectives.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands?on development experience using Python and scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud DevOps, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands?on experience implementing application and infrastructure observability solutions.
• Experience integrating monitoring solutions with cloud, logging, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and software architecture best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required access authorization.
• Experience with enterprise observability platforms.
• Industry certifications related to monitoring, DevOps, or cloud technologies.
• Experience leading development teams or major technical initiatives.
