Position: Systems Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: Long Term contract / Possible Hire Fulltime

Main Skills: Cameo, SysML, architecture development, functional decomposition, interface definition, digital engineering. Requirements, V&V, integration, certification.
Level: minimum 5+ years of experience
Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain/ maintain a Secret clearance / or Top Secret Security Clearance

Position Responsibilities

Support system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE (SysML/Cameo) to define interfaces, functions, and allocation across multiple domains
Maintain alignment within the program team and with our suppliers and customers; identify obstacles and work as a team to remove them.
Support the program in implementing MBSE as part of the broader digital engineering ecosystem.
Support development and provide quality review for systems engineering deliverables in collaboration with other engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

Planning and execution of verification certification or acceptance test efforts (lab, ground and/or flight tests).
Decomposition of Government or customer standards, development of certification or integrity plans, execution of verification/certification programs
Development of deliverables requiring coordination across multiple engineering disciplines.
Prior Systems Engineering experience to include but not limited to system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation.
Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.
