The System Engineer III – Security IDaaS Engineer is responsible for improving, streamlining, and automating identity and access management services across the enterprise.This role supports the Federation Services team by maintaining and enhancing the security posture of authentication, authorization, IDaaS, and API-based services.The engineer will facilitate application integrations, manage IAM objects, support incident resolution, and apply change management processes.The ideal candidate has strong experience with IDaaS technologies, cloud platforms, scripting, and identity standards, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive secure, efficient solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport authentication, authorization, IDaaS, and federation services across the enterpriseConfigure and integrate applications with identity and access management systemsCreate and manage IAM objects such as users, groups, service accounts, and API tokensDevelop and maintain rules, controls, and security safeguards to protect information assetsPerform engineering activities including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and documentationApply automation to reduce manual processes and improve time-to-marketFollow change management processes and support continuous improvement in CM practicesAssist in designing and developing code to build and maintain access management servicesCollaborate with team members to strengthen security architecture and identity governanceParticipate in knowledge sharing, enablement, and process optimization initiativesWork effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage workload efficientlyRequired Qualifications5+ years of relevant work experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferredExperience with IDaaS platformsKnowledge of OAuth, SAML, IDM, and IGAExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)Scripting experience (Postman, PowerShell)Proficiency with OktaExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API-related securityAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage technical tasksPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with security frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, and CSFExperience with RBAC and EntraKnowledge of REST APIs and network/infrastructure fundamentalsExperience with Python and SaviyntExperience with identity-driven automation and security best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
