Systems Engineer I (Solutions Delivery Analyst II (POS Systems & Deployments)

Support and enhance enterprise Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms by leading software and hardware deployment initiatives across a 24/7 retail environment. Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned applications, ensuring stable production operations while partnering with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting enterprise Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• SQL
• Windows Operating Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software and hardware deployment activities from planning through production validation.
• Serve as the technical SME for assigned applications, production support, and operational stability.
• Coordinate testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Build and maintain deployment packages, run books, and production support documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with engineering, QA, infrastructure, retail operations, vendors, and product teams to deliver successful implementations.
