Description Join the Combat Systems Hardware team as a key contributor reporting to the Hardware Systems Senior Manager. You'll drive business intelligence strategies and data integration initiatives that enhance our competitive advantage across state‑of‑the‑art sensors, communications, processors, and display hardware for all Aeronautics platforms.Responsibilities Business Intelligence & Data Strategy Design and implement digital thread architectures and CI/CD data pipelines that connect hardware systems data across the product lifecycleDevelop advanced data analytics solutions and interactive visualizations that enable data-driven decision-makingCreate innovative products and services by integrating cross‑functional data sources and processesCross‑Functional Integration Collaborate with Combat Systems and Engineering & Technology organizations to ensure seamless data and process integrationAnalyze and optimize internal and supplier schedules to identify risks and opportunitiesIntegrate manpower forecasting and planning data from multiple program systems into unified dashboardsLeadership & Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of accountability through metrics-driven performance trackingMentor team members on emerging technologies and best practices in data engineeringDrive continuous improvement initiatives that measurably enhance team performance and delivery outcomesQualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationPrior experience leading some facet of engineering or business operationsProven experience developing business intelligence applications and visualizationsDesired Skills Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels and entitiesStrong executive and team level communication skills - both written and verbalDemonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and behaviorsStrong background in advanced data analytics platforms such as Python, SQL, IBM Watson, Alteryx, Power BI, TableauExperience in Project Management with emphasis on analyzing schedule performanceExperience in Earned Value MetricsSecurity Clearance This position requires a government security clearance.
