Job Description:
Responsible for supporting and maintaining connected clinical devices, IT infrastructure, and networking systems within a healthcare environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain connected clinical devices (e.g., patient monitors, pumps, beds, sensors).

• Collaborate with IT teams to manage network infrastructure, wireless technology, and desktop systems.

• Assist in basic cybersecurity measures such as endpoint protection, vulnerability checks, and segmentation.

• Perform on-site problem resolution and technical support across multiple healthcare facilities.

• Participate in technology upgrades, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Technical school certification.
  • 5 years in the computer industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of network communications, wireless technology, and desktop hardware/software.
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Project management experience leading IT projects
