Create computer-based solutions to meet the organization's business needs.
Review the existing computer systems and procedures in the organization and design solutions to make them more efficient and effective.
Work with client's users, developers, stakeholders and the IT team to produce new systems to be developed.
Use JIRA to monitor the progress of projects and issues, ensuring that requirements are being met as planned.
Analyze business process issues and provide assistance to system users, identify problems and evaluate alternative solutions.
Collaborate with development teams, testers through JIRA to align and address any issues promptly Develop software applications, create complex databases.
Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems or commercially available software to customize them for the organization.
Position Requirements: Three years of work experience in any position/title providing experience with JIRA.
Special Requirements: Qualifying experience must include experience with JIRA.
Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer. Standard Company Benefits will be offered.
