Examples of Duties
Support Users: train, create user documentation, build and run reports, conduct usability testing, troubleshoot issues. Maintain Systems: learn technologies. Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school preferred. Two years of any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.

Additional Duties
Under supervision, performs computer systems design, implementation, management, and/or control tasks. Assists in, or performs, special project work as assigned. Troubleshoots computer system problems and provides other technical assistance as needed. Performs other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school is required. One year of relevant full-time experience in the set-up and configuration of personal computers in a networking environment (Novell and/or Microsoft NT) (may include unpaid internships) is required. Valid state of Ohio Drivers License is required. WATER (CONTROL SYSTEMS) - High School Diploma or GED is required. An Associates Degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school is required. One year of relevant full-time paid experience in the design/set-up, configuration, and maintenance of process computer control systems is required. (Substitution: One year of related experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.) Valid State of Ohio Drivers License is required. Instrumentation Society of Automation (ISA) certification is preferred.
