Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Systems Analyst and Application Developer.
- Strong experience working with Automotive OEMs.
- Proficient in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in using JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and project tracking.
- Analyze and document business/user needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and gap analysis activities.
- Assess business impacts across processes, applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable, secure enterprise applications and services.
- Develop and document technical workflows, microservices, APIs, and system interactions using cloud-based and enterprise integration platforms.
- Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Create high-quality Epics, Features, and User Stories in JIRA.
- Ensure comprehensive and audience-appropriate business and technical documentation.
- Support all phases of application delivery: design, development, testing, deployment, and rollout.
- Participate in and support quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, IBM IIB, Datapower, JMS, SOAP/REST services, UML, WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat, authentication protocols, ORM tools, relational/NoSQL databases, scripting languages, and CI/CD tools.
