Responsibilities

• Provide advanced consultative services and functional assistance for the CAPPS Program.
• Configure and maintain Talent Acquisition Management (TAM/CG) and Performance Management systems.
• Administer security and access control within TAM/CG or Performance Management.
• Offer end-user support for Candidate Gateway and Performance Management.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools for HR and performance metrics.
• Support cross-functional integrations and ongoing system enhancements.
• Participate in project-level coordination, including module implementations and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Provide training and support to agency personnel and junior analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience preparing executive-level presentations and supporting audits.
• 8+ years of experience with Talent Management modules and system configurations.
• Extensive technical skills in App Designer, Integration Broker, and SQL.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM functional enhancements and testing.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.

Preferences

• 6+ years of experience with State of Texas policies and public sector operations.
• Experience with OnBoarding-related security and workflow routing.
• Experience in functional project management for large ERP environments.
• Experience providing Tier 2 Service Desk Support in a large network.
