Seeking a Senior Data Analyst with experience in business and data analysis, including leading JAD sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and analytical findings. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills with the ability to develop and execute complex queries and joins, perform data quality analysis, and translate business needs into actionable insights. Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures to support data-driven decision-making is required.
Required Experience
8 years: Experience in IT supporting the design, development, or delivery of technology solutions.
8 years: Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems, including full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involvement from requirements through implementation.
8 years: Experience in business analysis and data analysis.
8 years: Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, eliciting requirements, and documenting business processes and data analysis findings.
8 years: Experience using SQL, including the ability to create and execute complex joins.
8 years: Experience analyzing data quality.
8 years: Experience designing dashboards, including measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Preferred Experience
4 years: Experience with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
