Job Overview
As a key member of our Applications/Software Development team, you will leverage your expertise to analyze user requirements, automate processes, and enhance existing computer systems. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project success throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with Medicaid Claims Processing
- 5 years of experience in business analysis and problem-solving
- 5 years of experience in reviewing and evaluating user requirements
- 5 years of experience in writing detailed program documentation
- 5 years of experience in cost/benefit analysis of systems
- 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps and wireframe generation
- Strong logical, analytical, and communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and architectural concepts
- Experience with solution delivery using Agile or Scrum methodology
Preferences
- 2 years of experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework
- Familiarity with information architecture and management methodologies
- Familiarity with global and local software architecture
