Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Systems Admin for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

The IT Systems Analyst provides comprehensive technical support for end users across the organization, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role supports desktop systems, software applications, and peripheral devices, and contributes to continuous service delivery by meeting established service levels and performance targets.

Technical Support & Service Delivery

  • Respond to service requests and incidents via phone, in person, or electronically in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (e.g., printers, scanners)
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop systems and applications
  • Support software deployment and updates across user environments
  • Escalate complex issues and track resolutions through an IT service management system
  • Communicate status updates clearly with end users, team members, and vendors

Customer Support & Training

  • Provide guidance, training, and technical instruction to end users
  • Deliver a high-quality customer service experience with clear communication
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on urgency and impact

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions
  • Contribute to and update internal knowledgebase articles and user documentation
  • Assist in developing procedures, standards, and communication templates

Asset & Lifecycle Management

  • Support IT asset tracking, inventory management, and equipment lifecycle processes
  • Perform equipment setup, relocation, and decommissioning
  • Assist with procurement coordination and reporting related to hardware and software assets
The base range for this contract position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
